On April 7, 1994, the Court issued an Order Denying Motion to Compel in Part; Order Granting Motion to Compel in Part. The Order specified which portions of Mr. Dunbar's investigative reports respondents were to produce. There may be confusion over which portions the Order identified, due in part to an error in the Order's description of the material to be produced. The portions to be produced are as follows:
To ensure that the portions to be produced are correctly identified, a copy of Mr. Dunbar's investigative reports with the portions to be produced have been highlighted in yellow and attached to the copy of this Order which is being forwarded to respondents. A similar highlighted copy will be placed in the sealed envelope with the reports produced for in camera inspection. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that respondents produce the portions of the investigative reports as reflected in this Order and the enclosed highlighted copy of the investigative reports.
